The property's location was great, to the other beaches in St Ives. The rooms were stunning and included an ironing set, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV etc. The hotel took care of the brilliant service.

The stay was special. This hotel was ideal, with brilliant service and excellent location to surrounding villages. Nicely decorated and well-designed rooms with the terrace, the breathtaking view, as example, felt like home. Having different warm drinks in the honesty bar was a very nice touch.

I greatly enjoyed staying at hotel and definitely coming here again. Stunningly beautiful venue in an incredible location to surrounding villages, the services were brilliant. The room was immaculate and luxurious and had a coffee maker and fridges. I was offered an excellent breakfast with extra coffee out in sun.

The hotel was homely and ideal with amazing location adjacent to St Ives town centre as well as the train station. The staff were all affable and the breakfast was excellent with a great view and generous portions and extra coffee out in sun. I really enjoyed the room outside on the terrace, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was brilliant during my stay. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

The hosts, Mark and Fenella, were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful tips for our stay. The decor throughout the B&B was beautiful with thoughtful touches and a stunning sea view. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of choices. The garden room was stunning and had a vintage bath and private garden to relax in. The owners were very knowledgeable about the area and provided information on trains, restaurants, and activities. The location was safe and convenient, with easy parking and a nearby train service to St Ives. The hosts, Mark and Fenella, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
